This is the scene of a cold Friday night in Paris. People were eating, drinking and relaxing under the warm light in The City of Light.

When Chris said he would prefer to keep his sun glasses on during the live painting session, I felt a little disappointed since we all want to paint eyes in the realm of portrait painting. But it turned out to become a total different experience as I tried to capture Chris's free spirit with his eyes hid behind a pair of dark glasses.

It was a shot during the Chinese New Year. The little girl in the midst of burning incense in Shanghai.

Mike Plays the Harmonica

The picture was taken during the Oxfam Trailwalker fundraiser event. Mike was playing the harmonica with his band at a local cafe in the Blue Mountains just outside Sydney.

This was done in a live model painting session. I was mesmerized by the beautiful costumes Marianne wore that time. To render the light effects on different textures with similar colors was challenging, but the result is satisfying.
