Waiting in front of veranda
It took me a while to finish this painting as I was struggling with the perspective and even light. The canvas was on and off the easel for a few weeks and I was seriously thinking about abandoning the painting. But there was always that unknown force driving me back to this painting every few days. So after weeks of going back and forth, here is the painting of a beautiful young lady posing in front of the veranda for her glamour shot.

Will in the Black Rock Dessert
This is a picture of my friend's son Will who was in the Black Rock dessert for testing the rocket launch as the Boy Scout science project. When I first saw the picture of a young man in the scorching hot and dry dessert environment, I said to myself that's a good picture to paint. After 2 years with all the distractions and excuses, I finally did it..... it's a long journey !
