A Mid Summer Day
I originally tried to repaint the background and foreground of this old painting to simplify the surroundings of the main figures. I thought it would be a quick touch-up job, but I ended up with spending 5-6 hours to modify the majority of the painting with a new perspective. What a fun experience.

Glassblowing
This is the picture of my friend at the glassblowing workshop. It interests me because of the busy background on the wall and in the room. I try to simplify the background and put more emphasis on the 2 main characters who are working on glassblowing. It's an interesting experience for painting subject like this and I am sure will paint more like this later.
